Order and Delivery

- When will my order be delivered?

All orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) are shipped on the first business day following.

Your order delivered to cargo is delivered to your address with the cargo company within 1-3 working days. (There is no shipping on Saturday and Sunday.)

In some small towns and municipalities, this period may be extended by 1-2 days depending on the cargo company.

- With which cargo company do you provide shipping?

Your orders are sent to Yurtiçi Cargo or ARAS Cargo.

- How can I track the cargo?

The cargo tracking code will be notified by e-mail at the latest 1 day after the order is shipped. You can track your order with the incoming tracking code.

- Do you ship abroad?

We can ship with contracted cargo companies. Shipping charges may vary depending on the total weight and volume of the products you have ordered.

In case of additional taxes and costs according to the customs laws of the country you have ordered, it is covered by the buyer. In case of requests for returns or exchanges in overseas shipments, all shipping costs and expenses belong to the customer.

- Do you do Gift Wrapping?

You can add your Gift Notes to the note section at the bottom of your orders.

All products on our website are stock products. You can choose the products you want and gift them in a single package.
